Aussie Broadband has come out on top in an internet customer satisfaction survey run by WhistleOut. 48% of Aussie Broadband internet customers surveyed would "strongly recommend" the NBN provider to a friend or family member.
TPG was a hair behind, with 46% of customers giving it a strong recommendation. Telstra and Vodafone took equal third with a 30% score. Telstra's budget brand Belong had the lowest recommendation score, with just 18%.

In addition, the WhistleOut customer satisfaction survey polled Australians on overall satisfaction with their provider, and how they feel about speed, reliability, price, and customer service.
Telstra ranked best for overall satisfaction with a score of 4.32/5. Dodo customers were most satisfied with internet speeds, with a score of 4.16/5. Aussie Broadband had the highest ranking for reliability, scoring 4.1/5. Dodo customers were also most satisfied with what they're paying for their plans, giving an average of 3.72/5. And lastly, Aussie Broadband had the highest score for customer service, with 4.12/5.
